Meta Ads | Google Ads | RedTrack | Cloudflare | Incognition
Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term Position

We are a fast-growing performance marketing business focused on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

We are looking for a HIGHLY technical person who understands tracking, domains, and ad account infrastructure at an expert level.

This is a full-time, long-term role.

???? Your Main Responsibility

You will manage and maintain our complete technical ads infrastructure.

Your tasks include:

Setting up and managing RedTrack

Managing domains inside Cloudflare

DNS setup (A records, CNAME, SSL, redirects, proxy settings)

Connecting domains to tracking systems

Setting up Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI)

Setting up Google tracking (GTM, conversion tracking)

Working with anti-detect browsers like Incognition

Managing Business Managers and ad account structure

Fixing tracking issues quickly

Making sure attribution works correctly

? REQUIRED (Must Have)

You must have strong experience with:

RedTrack (very important)

Cloudflare (DNS + security + SSL)

Meta Ads technical setup

Google Ads tracking setup

Server-to-server tracking

Working with anti-detect browsers (Incognition or similar)

If you do NOT have experience with these tools, please do not apply.

Experience in affiliate marketing

Experience with cloaking setups

VPS / hosting experience

API integrations

Automation experience

You must be able to:

Build complete RedTrack setups from scratch

Connect domains properly

Set up postbacks and server-to-server tracking

Configure traffic sources correctly

Troubleshoot tracking issues independently

Understand attribution and tracking logic deeply

If you have only “basic knowledge” or watched tutorials, this job is NOT for you.

We are NOT looking for someone who wants to learn RedTrack.
We are looking for someone who already masters it.
