Remote | Performance-Based Opportunity | Long-Term Role

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Growth Specialist who can build and scale a YouTube channel from scratch into a high-performing, algorithm-optimised asset.

This is NOT just a video editing role.

We want someone who understands YouTube deeply — strategy, psychology, click-through rates, retention curves, thumbnails, packaging, and subscriber growth mechanics.

???? Your Role & Responsibilities

1?? Channel Creation & Branding
- Set up a YouTube channel from scratch
- Design professional channel branding (banner, layout, playlists, positioning)
- Create a visually compelling, high-converting channel structure
- Ensure brand consistency across thumbnails and content

2?? YouTube Algorithm Strategy
Deep understanding of how the YouTube algorithm works

Optimise for:
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Audience Retention
- Watch Time
- Session Duration
- Suggested & Browse traffic
- Develop a content packaging strategy to maximise views
- Analyse analytics and continuously improve performance

3?? Video Editing & Library Management
- Edit a large existing library of content
- Repackage older content for YouTube optimisation

Cut long-form content into:
- High-retention main videos
- Shorts
- Clips for repurposing
- Upload consistently with a structured schedule

4?? Upload Optimisation
- Create high-converting thumbnails
- Write algorithm-optimised titles
- Write compelling descriptions
- Add timestamps strategically
- Tag videos correctly
- Create playlist strategies
- Ensure each video is fully optimised for discovery

5?? Channel Growth & Management
Develop a roadmap to:

- Reach high subscriber growth
- Increase monthly views significantly
- Position channel as authority in its niche
- Manage comments and engagement strategy
- Suggest content direction based on analytics

We are looking to build a high-volume, high-authority YouTube channel with strong subscriber growth and serious watch time.

This is a long-term growth role for someone who understands how to build a YouTube asset — not just upload content.

- Proven track record growing at least one YouTube channel
- Evidence of channels you've helped scale
- Strong understanding of YouTube Studio analytics
- Thumbnail creation experience
- SEO & packaging knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Strategic mindset — not just technical skills
