JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-scaling eCommerce dropshipping operation running multiple stores across Europe and the US doing €100K / Month. We are looking for a sharp Creative Strategist & Media Buyer who understands how to find winning creative angles, brief content creators, analyze ad performance, and scale what works.
This is not an execution-only role. We want someone who thinks strategically about why ads win or lose — and can build a system around that thinking.
If you have worked inside a serious eCommerce brand or agency managing €50K+/month in Meta ad spend and you understand the relationship between creative strategy and paid performance, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:

Research competitors using Facebook Ads Library, Minea, Atria, or similar tools
Identify winning creative patterns: hooks, formats, copy angles, offer structures
Brief creative production (static collages, video, UGC) with clear strategic direction
Analyze ad performance in Meta Ads Manager and third-party tracking tools
Identify winning and losing creatives based on CTR, hook rate, CPA, and ROAS
Make data-driven decisions on what to iterate, what to kill, and what to scale
Maintain a creative swipe file and testing log
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly via Slack with weekly reporting

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Proven Meta Ads experience managing €10K+/month in ad spend for eCommerce
Experience with creative research tools (Ads Library, Ad Spy, Atria, Foreplay or similar)
Strong understanding of direct response creative — hooks, offers, copy structure
Ability to brief creatives with clear strategic rationale not just aesthetic preferences
Comfortable reading ad data and making scaling/killing decisions independently
Clear written English and structured async communication

Nice to Have:

Experience with jewelry, fashion, or accessories categories
Familiarity with Wetracked, Triplewhale, or other attribution tools
Understanding of Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns and CBO structure
Experience scaling stores from €10K/day to €30K+/day on Meta

To apply, please answer the following:

Walk me through how you would structure a Meta ads account for a jewelry store doing €100K/month looking to scale to €500k-1M Months. Be specific about campaign structure, creative testing process, and scaling logic.
What creative research process do you follow before launching a new product? Which tools do you use and what signals tell you a product is worth testing?
Describe a campaign you scaled past €1K/day on Meta. What was the product, what was the structure, and what creative format drove the results?
How do you d ---------- when a creative is ready to scale vs when to kill it? What specific metrics do you use as thresholds?
What tracking setup do you recommend for a store experiencing Meta attribution issues post-iOS14?
