???? AI Video Editor Wanted – $8/hr + Performance Bonuses (Remote, Full-Time, Ecom Brand)
We're looking for a reliable, fast, and skilled AI video editor to join our growing e-commerce brand full-time.

???? What You'll Be Doing:
Editing high-performing short-form AI-generated videos for Facebook and Instagram paid ad creatives — all in 9:16 format, keeping visuals locked in the hot zones.
Your workflow:
I provide the ad script and B-roll suggestions. You take it from there:

Generate voiceover audio matched to our avatar using Eleven Labs
Bring the audio into FAL.AI to create realistic AI video using VEO 3
Layer in B-roll (you'll have access to our existing library, VEO 3 for new clips, and stock footage sites)
Deliver a polished, scroll-stopping final cut

You're creating realistic AI videos with clean audio and visuals — not sloppy deepfakes. Quality matters.

???? ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:
We are an established brand. We do NOT steal content from TikTok, Instagram, or any other platform. No ripping clips, no scraping other creators' content, no exceptions. If you are caught doing this, you will be instantly fired. All content is created original — through our AI tools, stock footage, or our own B-roll library.

? You Need:

Proven experience creating and editing AI-generated video content (Eleven Labs, VEO 3, or similar tools)
Past work in e-commerce or DTC brands (must show portfolio)
Strong command of editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or your preferred platform)
Understanding of 9: ---------- safe zones and Facebook/Instagram ad creative best practices
Fast Wi-Fi and fast turnaround — we move quickly
Independent work ethic — after a 2-week trial period, you should need minimal management
Resourcefulness — you know how to find and create the clips you need

Minimum 5 new videos per week
If you can produce more without a quality drop, you'll be rewarded
Full-time availability required
After the 2-week trial, you should be running independently
