This is a full-time remote role Focused on:

???? Core Responsibilities
1?? Viral Content Research (Daily)
• Identify trending U.S.-based finance and consumer topics?• Monitor TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and news for viral financial conversations?• Deliver multiple reaction-ready content options daily?• Provide strategic breakdown for each idea:
* Target audience
* Core problem
* Emotional angle
* Why it will perform
* Value to the viewer
Must understand U.S. consumer trends and cultural context.

2?? Content Pipeline & Project Tracking
• Track all active videos in production?• Maintain organized spreadsheets?• Monitor editing progress?• Track upload schedule?• Ensure at least one long-form video is always ready?• Keep leadership informed on status
Must be highly organized and skilled in Google Sheets / Excel.

3?? Video Review & Quality Control
• Review final edits in ---------- ?• Check for:
* Missed profanity censorship
* Filter failures
* Audio issues
* Political commentary removal
* Retention pacing?• Provide structured revision notes
Strong English comprehension required.

4?? Multi-Platform Distribution
• Repurpose long-form content into Shorts/Reels?• Post and optimize content across:
* YouTube Shorts
* TikTok
* Instagram Reels
* Other platforms as needed?• Track performance per platform

5?? Growth & Analytics Support
• Monitor CTR, retention, RPM?• Use tools like VidIQ?• Analyze competitor videos?• Suggest optimization improvements?• Provide weekly performance summaries

6?? Patreon & Secondary Channel Support
• Help organize Patreon content?• Assist in posting and managing tiers?• Oversee secondary YouTube channel workflow?• Help identify monetization opportunities
