???? Canva Graphic Designer Needed for T-Shirt Designs + Etsy Digital Products
I own a successful Etsy shop focused on personalized monogram and embroidered gifts, and I’m expanding into t-shirt graphics and digital printable products.

I’m looking for a talented Canva designer who can take my written content, ideas, and brand direction and turn them into beautiful, high-converting designs.

? About the Brand
My shop focuses on high-quality, personalized gifts for moms, teachers, and children. The style is clean, elevated, preppy, and giftable—think boutique aesthetic, not trendy or overly graphic.

????? Scope of Work
This project will begin with a small batch of designs (5–10 products), including:
-T-shirt graphics (print-ready designs like teacher themes, book stacks, etc.)
-Digital printable products (party plans, gift guides, printable gift tags)
-Etsy listing images (mockups, thumbnails, and product visuals)

All written content is complete and ready to drop in.?You will be provided with:
-Brand guidelines (colors, fonts, style)
-Clear design direction
-Visual reference examples of the exact aesthetic

Your role is to bring everything together into polished, cohesive Canva designs.

? Must Have Skills
- Strong experience using Canva
- Experience creating digital products (printables, templates, etc.)
- Graphic design experience (layout, typography, composition)
- Experience creating Etsy listing photos/mockups

? Nice to Have
- T-shirt or merchandise design experience
- Basic understanding of Etsy SEO and conversion
- Experience with mockups (Placeit, Smartmockups, etc.)
- Light illustration ability (simple icons like book stacks, etc.)

?? Timeline & Workflow
- Initial project: 5–10 designs
- Turnaround: ~3–5 days per set
- Revisions: 1–2 rounds included
- Potential for ongoing weekly work if it’s a good fit
