JOB OVERVIEW

Welcome to UBA!
We are a rapidly growing software company seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist users of our digital platform. This position focuses on handling inbound messages, providing clear and friendly guidance, and ensuring users have a smooth experience with our software.

This role requires excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured communication guidelines. Comprehensive training will be provided so you can confidently support users and maintain consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries through our platform’s messaging system with clarity, professionalism, and a friendly tone.

Guide users through various platform features, basic troubleshooting steps, and general usage questions.

Build positive interactions with users to improve satisfaction and overall experience.

Follow internal communication templates, workflows, and escalation procedures.

Document conversations accurately and organize support tickets efficiently.

Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth operations and share insights to improve the platform.

Keep up-to-date with software updates, feature changes, and company policies to provide accurate assistance.



Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written communication skills in English. Really excellent!

Ability to adapt writing style to match guidelines and brand tone.

Familiarity with online chat tools, CRM systems, or support platforms.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills.

Stable internet connection and ability to work from home effectively.

Ability to follow instructions closely and respond well to feedback.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, sales, communication tech support, or online helpdesk roles.

Understanding of U.S. communication styles, slang, and casual tone when appropriate.

Ability to handle multiple conversations or tasks at once.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong emotional intelligence.

Interest in software, digital communication, or user-experience improvement.
