Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative who is confident speaking in English, comfortable making outbound calls, and driven by performance-based compensation. You will focus on booking qualified meetings and contributing to client acquisition efforts. This is a freelance, quota-based role with clear growth opportunities and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospects
• Follow scripts and guidelines to qualify leads
• Book meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate notes and activity logs
• Meet monthly quotas for hours worked and meetings booked
• Communicate clearly with the team through messaging platforms
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
• Ability to meet quotas and work independently
• Previous sales, BPO, appointment-setting, or cold-calling experience is a plus
• Must be open to performance-based compensation
