Top New York Realtor looking for a Buyer Search & Comp Specialist — not a general assistant.
This role is repetitive, structured, and data-driven.
If you prefer creative marketing or big-picture strategy, this is not the role for you.
You will:
• Pull 3–7 tight comps per request
• Analyze building-specific pricing trends
• Calculate price per square foot accurately
• Compare floor lines (Floor 6 vs Floor 26 matters)
• Identify if views are blocked on lower floors
• Check avenue vs side street exposure
• Review listing photos for renovation level
• Identify PTAC vs through-wall vs window AC
• Compare common charges and tax abatements
• Deliver clean, structured reports (no fluff)
You must be comfortable using:
• MLS
• StreetEasy
• Google Maps (standard + satellite)
• Spreadsheets
This role requires:
• Extreme attention to detail
• Structured thinking
• Accuracy in calculations
• Ability to follow instructions exactly
• Availability 9AM–5PM EST
We are building infrastructure for the next 5–10 years.
This is not a short-term or secondary job.
