We are a marketing company that helps service-based businesses generate leads and book appointments through paid advertising.
We are hiring a part-time Virtual Assistant (20–25 hours per week) to manage lead follow-up, appointment setting, deposit collection, pipeline organization, and reporting.
This is NOT a beginner VA role.
This is a performance-focused, client-facing position for someone organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable working inside GoHighLevel.
Compensation
Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
Starting pay: $5–$7 per hour (based on experience)
Performance bonuses available for strong results

Core Responsibilities
???? Lead Follow-Up & Appointment Setting
Call and text new leads within 5 minutes
Follow approved scripts (no pricing or closing)
Book qualified appointments directly on the calendar
Send confirmations and reminders
Follow up with no-shows
Primary goal: Keep calendars full with qualified appointments.
???? Deposit Collection
Send deposit links to qualified prospects
Clearly explain deposit instructions
Confirm payment is received
Move paid prospects to the correct pipeline stage
You are not closing the deal.
You are securing the appointment and deposit when required.
???? Pipeline & CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
Manage and update pipelines daily
Move leads through stages accurately
Tag and label contacts properly
Log all calls, texts, and actions in contact notes
Ensure no lead falls through the cracks
Clean CRM = smooth operations.
???? Reporting & Admin
Track leads, booked calls, deposits collected, shows, and no-shows
Submit weekly performance reports
Update tracking sheets daily
Requirements
Strong spoken and written English
Confident and comfortable on phone calls
Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow systems and scripts exactly
Reliable and responsive

Leads are contacted quickly
Appointments are consistently booked
Deposits are collected properly
Pipelines are always accurate
Reports are submitted on time
