Graphic Design Specialist – Amazon Marketing Agency (Remote)

We’re looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to help bring our clients’ listings to life through world-class images and storefronts that drive traffic and convert sales.

The Role:

The Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for producing Amazon-optimized creative assets, including main images, listing graphics, A+ content, premium A+ content, brand stories, and storefronts. You’ll work closely with our Design Lead to adapt proven templates to different products, ensuring copy, callouts, and visuals are tailored to the right customer profile. You’ll also respond to edit requests from the Project Manager and Brand Managers, ensuring existing creative assets are always accurate and optimized.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume design role where you’ll be producing 140–160 images per month, supporting a wide range of Amazon brands and product categories. Tasks will be assigned in Asana, and you’ll be expected to deliver them on time and with minimal revisions needed.

Responsibilities:

- Work with the Design Lead and Project Manager to complete creative deliverables in Asana
- Adapt image templates to new products while maintaining brand tone and strategy
- Optimize main images to improve click-through rate and visibility
- Design infographics and lifestyle images that target specific customer profiles
- Ensure listing images require minimal edits after upload
- Check for accurate language, spelling, and benefit callouts
- Design and upload A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Storefronts
- Support Premium A+ builds when needed
- Respond to feedback and revision requests from Brand and Project Managers
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and internal creative standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience working with Amazon listing design
- Minimum 3 years of experience using Photoshop or similar design software
- Highly creative mindset with a strong eye for layout and consumer psychology
- Fast, reliable computer with dual monitors, 16GB+ RAM, and ample storage
- Fast internet connection to handle large file uploads/downloads
- Extremely organized and reliable, able to manage multiple active projects
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to type 55+ words per minute
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Asana, and other collaboration tools
- Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Sora, Adobe Firefly, Gamma, etc.
