About Us
We are a fast-growing Australian digital marketing and web agency working with e-commerce brands and enterprise clients. We produce high-performing creative across organic social, paid media, and websites — and we're looking for a talented Video & Motion Graphics Editor to join our remote team.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work and room to grow.
Role Overview
You'll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content for:
- Organic social (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Website content (hero videos, product visuals, brand videos)
- Motion graphics and animated assets
We're looking for someone who understands performance creative — not just someone who can edit nicely, but someone who understands hooks, pacing, retention, and conversion.
You will work closely with our creative team, media buyers, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-performing short-form social content
- Create motion graphics and animated overlays
- Develop paid ad variations (hooks, CTAs, cutdowns, aspect ratios)
- Add captions, kinetic typography, and branded elements
- Resize and reformat assets for multiple platforms
- Optimise content for engagement and performance
- Maintain organised file structures and version control
- Collaborate with the team to iterate on winning creatives
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong portfolio of social and paid ad creatives
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (required)
- Understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad formats
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear English communication
- Reliable internet and consistent availability
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing agencies
- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator)
- Understanding of direct-response advertising principles
- Experience creating UGC-style content
- Knowledge of basic sound design and colour grading
Working Hours
Full-time or Part-time options. Some overlap with Australian business hours required.
