We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand looking for a full-time Meta Ads Buyer based in the Philippines.
This role is focused entirely on performance. You will be responsible for managing, scaling, and optimizing Meta
We are not looking for someone who just launches campaigns. We need a performance marketer who understands:
Direct response marketing
Buyer psychology
Creative testing frameworks
Scaling strategies
Data-driven decision making
Responsibilities:
Manage Meta ad accounts end-to-end
Launch and optimize conversion-focused campaigns
Build and test campaign structures (CBO, ABO, ASC, etc.)
Develop creative testing plans
Analyze performance data daily
Scale winning campaigns while controlling CPA and ROAS
Collaborate with creative team on angles, hooks, and iterations
Monitor attribution and performance metrics
Improve MER, CPA, ROAS, and overall account efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience managing ecommerce Meta ad accounts
Experience spending at least $50K+ per month in ad spend
Strong understanding of scaling strategies
Deep knowledge of creative testing and iteration
Ability to analyze data and make fast decisions
Comfortable working in performance-driven environment
Portfolio or case studies required
Bonus:
Experience with supplements, skincare, beauty, or CPG
Experience with multi-product funnels
Understanding of
Experience working with US brands
