JOB OVERVIEW

Company: Green Future Construction, Roofing & Exteriors (Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada)
Position: Remote Virtual Assistant – Insurance Estimator / Operations Coordinator (Exterior Claims)
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
Schedule: Philippines hours OK, but must have partial overlap with Saskatchewan business hours for a daily check-in
Pay: Please include your expected hourly rate (based on experience)
Software Access: We provide access to Xactimate + Symbility and other tools (including AI tools like Gemini/Sintra)

About the Role
We are a roofing and exteriors company in Canada that handles exterior-only insurance claims. Most claims are hail and wind, with occasional exterior losses from tree falls, object impacts, and vehicle impacts. We do not take interior restoration claims.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA who can support estimating and day-to-day operations. When claim volume is lighter, you’ll help with market research and other business tasks.

Primary Responsibilities (Core Work)
Create/update exterior-only estimates in Xactimate and Symbility
Read and interpret Hover reports and use them for quantities/takeoffs
Create clear work scopes for subcontractors (roofing/exteriors)
Build material lists and email suppliers to order materials and schedule deliveries
Help with invoicing and job admin (file organization, tracking, follow-ups)

Secondary Responsibilities (When We’re Not Busy)
Market research (competitors, lead sources, service areas, etc.)
Help keep our social media up to date (posting, organizing before/after photos, basic scheduling)
Other tasks as assigned

Strongly Preferred (Major Asset)
Hands-on experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility (exterior insurance claims)
Ability to read and use Hover reports
Experience writing scopes and preparing material lists for exterior trades
Strong written English, professional email communication, and strong organization skills

7) What hours (PH time) can you work, and what daily overlap can you provide with Saskatchewan business hours?
8) What is your expected hourly rate?
