About Us
Guaranteed Estimates generates inbound homeowner leads for roofing companies across the U.S. Your job is simple: convert those leads into booked appointments.

This is a performance-driven sales role. If you close well, you earn well.

What You’ll Do
Call hot inbound homeowner leads (no cold calling)
Qualify, handle objections, and book roofing appointments
Follow up via phone and text to maximize conversion
Move conversations forward with confidence and warmth
Log outcomes accurately in CRM
Hit and exceed daily and weekly KPIS (Daily Call Volume, Call Conversion Rate, and Audit Pass Rate)

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of phone sales experience
Proven ability to convert leads
Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline
Confident speaking with U.S.-based homeowners
Clear, neutral English and professional phone presence
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
No side hustles or freelancers, this is a full-time role (we use Hubstaff for time tracking - other work not permitted while on the clock)

Compensation
Base: $800 USD/month
Commission: Average performers earn $200–$400 USD/month
Top performers can exceed $1,500 USD/month total
No commission cap; the better you convert, the more you earn.
