Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a tenacious, adaptable, and team-oriented Marketing Assistant to assist, support, and supplement the incredible work done by our team in the eyecare space. You will be an integral member of our team, providing support to various members of the marketing department. What will you be doing?
- Assist in creating reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations with internal teams.
- Assist in the analysis of marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in building NPI-focused MD & OD audience list
- Assist in creating engaging and compelling copy and content for various marketing channels such as social media, website, and
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies to increase follower base, engagement, and reach.
- Support ad creation process that aligns with the brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Assist in managing and reporting for digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, and
- Contribute to the development and optimization of landing pages,
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing strategies.
What are the required qualifications?
- Must have at least 3 hours of working time within this period, to train, collaborate, and work with your manager and team
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time Zone The rest of your working hours are flexible and completely up to you
-Potential availability during weekends and nights for events (CT)
- 2+ years of work experience in event management, customer support, or similar, with a track record of increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with content and digital marketing tactics and strategies
- Clear and detailed communication skills for clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience tracking and presenting campaign metrics
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage deadlines
- Interest in content creation and copywriting
Top candidates will also have:
- Work experience in a marketing role at a marketing agency
- Experience with the following programs:
- Hubspot
- ClickUp
- Slack
- Google Sheets/Google Docs
- Analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel)
- Social media platforms
