We are looking for an experienced marketing operations professional to own sprint planning and team coordination starting March 15, 2026.
This is a project-based contract for March with the intention of expanding to an ongoing fractional arrangement from April if it goes well.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Plan and publish the weekly team sprint in ClickUp every week
- Break all projects into granular subtasks with step-by-step execution instructions
- Coordinate two direct team members (graphic designer and digital marketing specialist) plus subcontractors
- Manage mid-week reprioritization independently without CEO involvement in routine decisions
- Track sprint performance using our existing dashboard tracker
- Audit our current ClickUp structure and implement improvements
- Flag blocked items early with proposed resolutions
- Identify workflow gaps and build systems that make the team more efficient

- Use ClickUp as a checklist tool rather than a full project management system
- Have not managed a team sprint in ClickUp before
- Need frequent check-ins or direction to stay productive
- Prefer large, structured corporate environments
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Minimum 3 years in a marketing operations, project management, or agency operations role
- Advanced ClickUp experience including sprint management, custom fields, automations, dashboards, and workflow design
- Proven ability to coordinate a team and keep projects moving toward deadlines independently
- Strong written English
- Available to overlap with Caribbean timezone (AST, 9am to 5pm) on weekdays
ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
- Start date: March 15, 2026
- Duration: 4 weeks project contract, with fractional expansion from April based on performance
- Budget: $500 USD fixed price for March
- Hours: 40 to 50 hours across the month
- Location: Remote
