Salon Cadence is building a pool of highly skilled Virtual Assistants to be vetted and introduced to salon industry clients.
We follow a structured, professional vetting system to ensure only serious, qualified, and reliable VAs move forward in our process.

About the Role
We are sourcing Virtual Assistants in the following areas:
- Administrative Support
- Website Development (GoHighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
- Social Media Management
- Social Media Marketing (Strategy + Paid Ads + Growth)
This role begins with a structured vetting process. Successful candidates may be endorsed to salon industry clients for direct engagement.
Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week
Rate: $6–$8 per hour (depending on experience and skill level)

Role-Specific Requirements
Website Virtual Assistants
- Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar
- Ability to show live websites you built
- Understanding of responsive design and basic SEO
Administrative Virtual Assistants
- Experience with Google Workspace
- CRM experience
- Task management systems (Notion, ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented
Social Media Management VAs
- Managed real business accounts
- Canva or Adobe experience
- Content planning and scheduling
- Engagement management
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
Social Media Marketing VAs (Growth-Focused)
- Experience running
- Audience targeting and retargeting knowledge
- Understanding of funnels and lead generation
- Ability to analyze metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)\
- Experience optimizing campaigns for performance
- Proven results (screenshots or case studies preferred)
- We are looking for marketers who understand revenue impact — not just posting content.
Our Vetting Process
We follow a structured system with clear pass/fail stages:
- Application Screening
- Initial Interview (20–30 minutes via Zoom)
- Skills & Experience Validation
- Professional Evaluation
- Endorsement Pool Selection
Only candidates who pass our vetting standards will be placed into our endorsement pool.
Selected VAs are introduced to clients for final interview and selection.
Important:
Salon Cadence provides introductions only. Clients are responsible for their own hiring decision and management.
Working Hours
• Minimum 20 hours per week
• Must be available for some overlap with US business hours
• Must not be overloaded with multiple full-time clients
Compensation
$6–$8 per hour
Rate depends on experience, skill level, and interview performance.
