The Role
We're seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team as a dedicated support specialist. You'll become an embedded part of our clients' teams, providing responsive daily support through Slack/Teams and helping them get the most out of their NetSuite systems.
What you'll be doing:
• Serving as the first point of contact for client NetSuite queries via Slack, Teams, and tickets.
• Managing and responding to support tickets promptly and professionally
• Acting as an extension of clients' teams - learning their business, processes, and terminology
• Troubleshooting NetSuite issues and providing clear, timely solutions
• Handling user administration, roles, permissions, and access management
• Creating and modifying saved searches, reports, and dashboards based on client requests
• Configuring workflows, custom fields, and forms to support evolving business needs
• Supporting month-end processes and period close activities
• Documenting solutions and building knowledge bases for clients
• Escalating complex issues to our UK directors when needed
What We're Looking For
Essential:
• Several years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
• Strong customer service orientation with a "can-do" attitude
• Excellent responsiveness - you understand that timely support builds trust
• Outstanding written English communication skills (you'll be representing clients' teams)
• Experience using Slack and/or Microsoft Teams for professional communication
• Comfortable managing multiple support queues and prioritising requests
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite core modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory)
• Proven ability to work independently while being highly collaborative
Desirable:
• Experience in a support or helpdesk role within a consulting/MSP environment
• Knowledge of SuiteScript or other technical NetSuite capabilities
• Experience working with NetSuite accounts that are integrated with other systems (CRM, WMS, etc.).
What We Offer:
• Stable, long-term position with predictable retainer clients
• Opportunity to build genuine relationships with clients you'll support daily
• Direct collaboration with UK-based directors who value quality support
• Professional development in both NetSuite and client relationship management
• Supportive environment where your responsiveness and problem-solving are valued
• Remote working
Working Hours
You'll need availability during UK business hours (GMT/BST) or significant overlap to provide real-time support to our clients.
