JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of experience working with Odoo. You will be responsible for developing custom modules, modifying existing ones, performing data migrations, and supporting full ERP implementations.

This role requires strong technical skills and excellent English communication (C1 or C2 level), as you will work directly with internal teams and occasionally participate in client discussions.

Responsibilities
• Develop custom modules in Odoo 19
• Customize and extend existing Odoo modules
• Perform data migration from legacy systems to Odoo
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, external platforms)
• Optimize performance and ensure clean, scalable code
• Debug, test, and maintain Odoo applications
• Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers
• Participate in technical discussions and propose architecture solutions
• Document technical implementations clearly

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development
• Strong experience with:Python, Odoo framework, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb
• Experience with Odoo module development (custom addons)
• Experience with data migration and database handling
• Good understanding of Odoo architecture and ORM
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• English level C1 or C2 (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to Have
• Experience with Odoo 16/17/18/19 migrations
• Experience with Odoo.sh
• DevOps knowledge (Docker, CI/CD)
• Experience with AWS
• Functional understanding of Accounting, Sales, Inventory, or Manufacturing modules
