We are a a young and dynamic growing E-commerce company focusing on baby and maternity products with customers based in the USA, Canada, and Europe. We are seeking a capable Packaging Graphic Designer to deliver positive results in packaging design. If you are looking for a challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling career, we welcome you to apply for the job below.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build packaging layouts on dielines (boxes, sleeves, labels, inserts, hang tags, stickers) using KeaBabies brand guidelines.
• Apply and format packaging content: approved copy, icons, benefit callouts, charts, barcodes/UPCs, product info, and required markings.
• Prepare print-ready files: correct bleed/safe zones, dieline alignment, CMYK setup, font handling (outline/package), linked images, and export specs.
• Create internal review mockups (clean 2D + simple 3D visuals) for quick approvals.
• Handle packaging updates and versioning quickly (pack count/size changes, language/copy updates, claim changes, retailer/Amazon variants, seasonal refreshes).
• Design occasional full-color packaging boxes for existing products (front/back/sides), keeping hierarchy clear and branding consistent.
• Maintain packaging templates and systems so new SKUs/variations stay consistent (type scale, grids, icon rules, layout logic).
• Organize and deliver final handoff packages to Product Development (clear file naming, folder structure, exports, and “final” version control).

2. CMYK vs RGB
3. exporting print-ready PDFs
4. font handling (outlining/packaging) + linked assets
• High attention to detail (typo-free, aligned layouts, consistent spacing, correct SKUs/info).
• Ability to execute both minimal / limited-ink e-commerce packaging, and full-color box designs for existing products when needed.
• Comfortable with fast iteration + versioning (counts, sizes, copy/claim updates, variants).
• Strong file hygiene: organized layers, naming conventions, clean exports, version control.
• Clear communication and ability to implement feedback quickly in an async remote workflow.
• Capability to use the following tools:
1. Adobe Illustrator
2. Adobe Photoshop + Acrobat
Nice-to-have, but optional:
• Working knowledge of InDesign
• Experience with Amazon/e-commerce packaging constraints (clarity-first layouts, compliance callouts)
Portfolio requirements:
• Portfolio showing packaging work (ideally includes at least: - one minimal/limited-ink style layout, and - one full-color box design)
Additional Information:
• Title your message: "I want to be your next Packaging Graphic Designer"
• No moonlighting is allowed during work hours in this role.
