ABOUT GOHIBACHI

GoHibachi is a fast-growing private dining and events company that brings the authentic hibachi experience directly to customers — at homes, backyards, and private venues across the United States. We are expanding our sales operations and looking for a driven, senior-level sales professional to lead our outbound call center team and grow our revenue.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a high-impact leadership position. You will own our sales function — personally selling while managing a small team of sales agents. You set the standard: coaching your team, refining scripts and processes, tracking KPIs, and ensuring every prospect interaction reflects the GoHibachi brand. You report directly to company ownership and have real influence over how our sales operation grows.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

[ SALES LEADERSHIP ]
- Manage, coach, and performance-review a small remote call center team
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and hold the team accountable
- Develop, test, and continuously optimize call scripts and sales processes
- Run daily team huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Hire, onboard, and train new sales agents as the team scales

[ DIRECT SALES ]
- Personally work a pipeline of inbound leads, warm prospects, and referrals
- Handle escalated calls, high-value prospects, and complex bookings
- Close private event and group bookings for hibachi dining experiences

[ OPERATIONS & REPORTING ]
- Own and maintain the CRM — accurate pipeline data at all times
- Deliver weekly sales reports and forecasts directly to ownership
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the sales funnel
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and follow-up campaigns


QUALIFICATIONS

[ REQUIRED ]
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience & managing a sales team or call center— results you can demonstrate with numbers
- Strong spoken and written English
- Proficiency with CRM platform (GoHighLevel)
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, quiet home office setup
- Documented track record of hitting or exceeding individual and team sales quotas

[ PREFERRED ]
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Experience selling to U.S. customers over the phone (B2C)
- Background in outbound/inbound call center management
- Experience building sales processes and scripts from the ground up
