About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Ecommerce Specialist to support the Ecommerce Manager across two DTC fashion
brands. This role plays a critical part in the day-to-day running and performance of both
Shopify stores, supporting trading, merchandising, digital marketing, and inventory-led decision making.
You’ll work closely with ecommerce, marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure both online stores are commercially optimised, well-merchandised, and supported by accurate reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Operations (Shopify)
- Assist in the daily management of the stores
- Maintain product listings, collections, pricing, tags, and merchandising rules
- Build and manage homepage updates, landing pages, navigation, and promotional content
- Support product launches, seasonal drops, sale events, and site-wide promotions
- Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with developers and app partners
Online Merchandising & Trading
- Support online merchandising strategies to maximise conversion, AOV, and sell-through
- Manage product ordering and collection structure to align with seasonal trading goals
- Implement upsell, cross-sell, bundle, and promotional strategies
- Ensure best practice execution across PDPs (imagery, copy, sizing, reviews, FAQs)
- Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve onsite performance
Sales Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting
- Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across both brands
- Produce ecommerce trading reports covering revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic, and product performance
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through sales and customer data
- Assist with forecasting and scenario planning for promotions and seasonal peaks
- Support post-campaign analysis and trading recaps
Inventory Management & Buying Support
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through, and weeks of cover across both DTC businesses
- Support inventory management and stock optimisation to minimise sell-outs and overstock
- Assist in the preparation of reports to inform future purchase orders and buy quantities
- Work with operations and planning teams on stock flow, replenishment, and back-in-stock priorities
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data within Shopify and connected systems
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Align ecommerce promotions with paid media,
- Support creative testing, campaign setup, and performance analysis
- Monitor ROAS and conversion performance, feeding insights back into trading decisions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Planning, and Operations teams
- Support customer service teams with product, stock, and promotion knowledge
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across site, paid media, and CRM
Essential
- 2–4+ years’ experience in ecommerce, ideally within fashion or apparel DTC
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify
- Demonstrated experience in online merchandising, sales analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of inventory management, sell-through, and buying cycles
- Experience supporting paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google)
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical skills
Desirable
- Experience working across multiple brands or storefronts
- Experience with Klaviyo, Gorgias, and Shopify apps
- Exposure to inventory systems such as CIN7 or similar
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator capabilities
- Experience with digital ad campaign platforms
