Work with an Australian Custom Cabinet Brand

Cabinetworx is a fast-growing Australian company specializing in Custom Flatpack Cabinets for kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, and interior spaces.

We combine technology, 3D design tools, and manufacturing expertise to deliver premium custom solutions across Australia.

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Sales & Operations Support – Interior Design Expert to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a growing international company.

???? What You’ll Do
???? Sales & Lead Management

Manage incoming leads via email, phone, website chat, and social media

Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries

Qualify customer requirements (dimensions, layout, budget, timeline)

Follow up on issued quotes to increase conversion

???? Quoting Coordination

Gather complete project information from customers

Coordinate closely with our design team for quotation preparation

Present and explain quotes to customers

Manage revisions between customer and design team

Ensure smooth communication until order confirmation

(You will coordinate the design process — not create CAD drawings unless required.)

???? Operations & Project Support

Coordinate between customers and factory team for ongoing orders

Confirm specifications before production

Update customers on progress and delivery

Handle minor technical questions and escalate complex issues

???? Social Media & Customer Engagement

Respond to social media messages

Post weekly content (training provided)

Request customer reviews and testimonials

Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Kitchen Design

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Confident in customer-facing roles

Experience in sales support or customer service

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable working with CRM systems
