Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Sourcer (Philippines) – OnlineJobs.ph Hiring Pipeline + Screening + Reference Checks
ABOUT US
We are a retail store equipment supplier serving retailers with fixture and equipment solutions. We run a high-standard, premium operation: clear communication, clean processes, fast follow-through, and reliable execution.
We already use OnlineJobs.ph and have ongoing hiring needs. We want one long-term recruiter to become our internal hiring engine for Philippines-based talent.
FIRST PRIORITY ROLE
The first role you will recruit for is an ESTIMATOR with millwork / casework / commercial interiors estimating experience.
ROLES YOU WILL HELP US HIRE (OVER TIME)
* Executives / Oeprators
* Customer Service / Support
* Virtual Assistants (product uploads, catalog QA, admin)
* Ecommerce operations support roles
* SEO support
* Other roles as needed
YOUR MISSION
Protect leadership time by filtering aggressively and only presenting qualified candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Turn each role request into a clear scorecard (must-haves, nice-to-haves, dealbreakers)
* Write and post job ads on OnlineJobs.ph (and other channels when useful)
* Handle high-volume inbound applications without missing top talent
* Run first-pass screening and enforce structured applications (answers, proof, and short Loom when required)
* Conduct screening calls and produce short written evaluations
* Build shortlists with pros/cons, risks, compensation expectations, and availability
* Coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidates warm
* Run structured reference checks for finalists and deliver a written verification summary
* Maintain a simple pipeline tracker (Google Sheet) with stages, notes, and next actions
* Support onboarding setup (first-week checklist, expectations, reporting cadence)
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
* You deliver 3–5 truly qualified candidates per role, not 50 mediocre ones
* Hiring cycles move fast (no bottlenecks, no chasing us for updates)
* Candidates are pre-validated (real experience, clear communication, reliable)
* Our time is spent interviewing only the best
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
* Proven recruiting or sourcing for Philippines-based remote hires
* Strong OnlineJobs.ph experience (posting, sourcing, filtering, messaging)
* Able to screen for real skills vs inflated resumes
* Excellent written English and professional candidate communication
* Comfortable running reference checks and documenting findings
* Organized and process-driven (checklists, trackers, follow-ups)
STRONG PLUS
* Familiarity with paid trial workflows and skills tests
