JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Amazon-focused Visual Designer to create high-converting product images for our luxury brand portfolio. Our products are design-led (e.g., premium plates and tabletop items) where aesthetic appeal, heritage, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling drive purchasing decisions, not as much the technical features or functionality.

We need a designer who understands how to visually communicate desirability, quality, brand love, emotional connection, and luxury positioning on Amazon. We have thousands of images to produce, so efficiency and AI-powered workflow expertise are required .

Key Responsibilities

Design Amazon-compliant product listing images (main images, lifestyle, A+ content, infographics where appropriate).
Translate brand identity, heritage, and craftsmanship into compelling, emotional, visual narratives.
Create imagery that elevates perceived value and reinforces luxury positioning.
Develop scalable, AI-assisted workflows to produce large volumes of high-quality images efficiently.
Ensure all assets meet Amazon image guidelines and optimize for conversion.
Maintain visual consistency across multiple SKUs and collections that match the brand vibe

Required Experience

Proven experience designing product images specifically for Amazon marketplace listings.
Demonstrated work with luxury, premium, or heritage-driven brands.
Experience marketing design-led products (homeware, décor, tabletop, fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands, etc.) where emotional appeal outweighs technical features.
Advanced proficiency with AI image-generation tools and automation workflows to produce high-volume content quickly.
Deep understanding of conversion-focused visual strategy for Amazon.

Ideal Candidate

Understands the psychology of premium buyers, how they shop, where they research (example social media)
Can visually communicate craftsmanship, legacy, and exclusivity.
Balances brand integrity with marketplace performance.
Highly organized and able to manage large-scale asset production.
Can work independently but also within boundaries of a larger system
