About the Role
We run a growing junk removal & light demolition company in Florida (USA). Most of our leads are high intent inbound calls from Google. Your #1 job is to answer/return those calls fast, understand what the customer really needs, and book them into our schedule. When phones are quiet, you’ll handle light admin tasks.
Salary:
$900–$1,300 per month (full time) + performance bonuses based on booked & completed jobs.
Salary once fully ramped with incentives can reach $1,500.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from US customers and call back missed calls quickly.
Understand what the caller actually wants (example: difference between “where can I drop my brush?” vs “can you haul this brush away for me?”) and respond appropriately.
Ask a few simple questions, collect photos when needed, and book jobs into our calendar in the correct time windows.
Run our 7?day follow-up playbook on unbooked leads: calls, texts, and confirmations using our CRM (GoHighLevel).
Confirm next day jobs, reschedule when needed, and keep the schedule tight for our crews.

Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with near native / neutral American accent.
Strong listening and comprehension skills. You must catch subtle differences in what people say and ask clarifying questions.
Prior experience on the phone with US/UK/AU customers (appointment setting, customer service, or call center). Ideally 3 years on the phone with us/uk/eu customers.
Comfortable working US hours (roughly 9am–5pm US Eastern, Monday to Saturday).
Reliable internet, backup connection, and a quiet place to take calls.
Coachable, reliable, and willing to follow scripts AND use judgment when real life doesn’t match the script.
Nice to Have
Experience with home services (plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, junk removal, etc.).
Experience using CRMs like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar.
Compensation
Full time, 50 hours/week.
Competitive salary based on experience, paid weekly (we will discuss your desired rate).
