JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

This role involves deploying professionally written and designed email nurture sequences across 8 existing GoHighLevel sub-accounts.

All automations, workflows, and pipelines are already built.

Your responsibility is to ensure emails are:
• Professionally written for each business
• Clean, modern, and high-end in appearance
• Fully functional inside GoHighLevel
• Properly warmed and deliverable
• Optimised to re-engage and convert leads

This is primarily implementation, optimisation, and copy refinement, not automation building.

Key Responsibilities

? Email Copywriting & Adaptation

You must be able to write and adapt strong marketing emails for home improvement businesses.

Emails should:
• Warm up new enquiries
• Increase appointment bookings
• Bring ghosted leads back into conversation
• Re-engage previously rejected quotes
• Position businesses as premium and trustworthy

Each client will require tailored messaging using their services, reviews, and project examples.

? Template Design & Refinement

We already have base templates prepared.

You will:
• Refine layout and structure
• Improve spacing and readability
• Ensure clean, modern presentation
• Optimise mobile responsiveness
• Maintain consistent professional branding

Templates must look premium — not promotional or cluttered.

? GoHighLevel Implementation

Across 8 client sub-accounts you will:
• Insert and customise email templates
• Update company information, images, and reviews
• Link emails correctly to existing workflows
• Confirm automation triggers correctly
• Test full sending functionality

No workflow or automation building required.

? Email Warm-Up & Deliverability

You must understand email deliverability best practices.

Responsibilities include:
• Email account warm-up
• Sender reputation setup
• SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration
• Inbox placement optimisation
• Spam prevention setup
• Correct sender and reply configuration

? Testing & Quality Control

Ensure:
• Emails display correctly on desktop and mobile
• Buttons and links work properly
• Personalisation fields function correctly
• Emails send at correct workflow stages
• Accounts are fully operational

Project Scope
• 8 GoHighLevel client accounts
• Short-term conversion nurture emails
• Long-term weekly nurture emails
• Template refinement
• Deliverability optimisation
• Workflow linking & testing

25–35 total hours

• Proven GoHighLevel experience (Required)
• Email marketing & nurture sequence experience
• Strong written English and copywriting ability
• Understanding of email deliverability
• Attention to detail
• Experience working with agency or CRM systems preferred
