The Sales Account Coordinator works closely with Account Managers to support merchandise strategy, sourcing, quoting, and execution. While primarily non-client-facing, this role offers visibility into client interactions to understand brand expectations, cadence, and service standards — building a foundation for growth within the organization. You are the operational backbone of every successful program.
Core Responsibilities
Partner with assigned Account Managers to support client goals and drive Coyote value
Attend select client meetings to understand brand strategy and campaign objectives
Source merchandise aligned with client needs and differentiation strategy
Create professional product presentations and sales documentation
Manage proposals, correspondence, and internal reporting
Update and maintain orders within internal systems
Own project and order management from concept through delivery
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Negotiate pricing to maximize profitability
Track timelines, shipments, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Creative, Garment Services, Accounting, Warehouse, and other teams
Communicate proactively when challenges arise
Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, and punctuality
Manage multiple projects while prioritizing effectively
Support additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales or sales support within the promotional products / ad specialty industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Commonsku, HubSpot, and
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, internal teams, and clients
Strong document creation and presentation skills
Ability to operate within structured processes in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
