Job Title: Senior Amazon Operations Manager (UK & USA) – Warehouse & Multi-Model Expert
Role Overview:
We are seeking an elite Amazon Operations Manager to build and scale a multi-marketplace empire. This is a partner-track role for an expert who can handle the business from "scratch to scale." You will be responsible for the entire ecosystem—from sourcing in China/UK/USA to managing complex logistics and high-level account strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Building: Build and manage stores from the ground up in both UK and USA marketplaces.
Logistics & Warehouse Management: Identify, vet, and manage compatible 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) and Prep Centres. You must choose the most cost-effective warehouse solutions based on the business model.
2. Advanced Listing Mastery: Full expertise in creating and optimizing complex Parent-Child Variations (size, color, pack size) to maximize conversion and SEO.
3. Multi-Model Expertise: Mastery of Wholesale, Online/Retail Arbitrage, and China Sourcing (Private Label).
Sourcing & Vendor Development: Expert in global vendor negotiations and building a robust supply chain.
4. Data & Financials: Conduct deep data analysis via Keepa and manage full accounting, expenses, and P&L reports.
Account Protection: High proficiency in resolving IP complaints, brand registry issues, and maintaining 100?count health.
Market Expansion: (Plus Point) Proficient in scaling sales to eBay and Walmart.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of high-level experience (or exceptional proven results with a portfolio).
The Tech Stack: Must be an expert with Helium 10, Keepa, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, Jungle Scout, IP Alert, and InventoryLab.
Leadership: Ability to manage the business autonomously. We are ready to hire more VAs under your leadership as we scale.
Communication: Fluent English is mandatory for vendor management and Amazon Seller Support interaction.
