JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a detail-obsessed, strategic graphic designer to support a growing social media agency and personal brand.

This is not just “make it cute.”

We need someone who understands:

Conversion-driven design

Scroll-stopping layouts

Clean, elevated branding

Carousel strategy

How graphics support growth

You will create:

Instagram carousels (educational + authority-based)

Story graphics

Branded social graphics

Client graphics across multiple niches

Occasional promotional assets

This is a 10-hour per week contractor role with room to grow.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
? Client Work

Designing high-converting Instagram carousel posts

Creating clean, branded story graphics

Updating client Canva templates

Repurposing content into multiple graphic formats

Maintaining visual consistency per brand

? Agency + Personal Brand

Creating authority-style carousels

Designing promo graphics (retreats, courses, launches)

Story templates

Highlight covers

Sales graphics

Simple opt-in graphics

What We’re Looking For

You:

Understand Instagram design trends

Know how to design carousels that HOLD attention

Can design clean, elevated, non-cringey graphics

Know how to create hierarchy with text

Understand white space

Are efficient inside Canva (or Adobe, but Canva is required)

Can follow brand guidelines without making everything look identical

Have strong typography instincts

Care about alignment and spacing (a lot)

Can work independently without hand-holding

Meet deadlines consistently

Bonus if:

You understand social strategy

You know what makes content shareable

You’ve worked with coaches, founders, or product brands

You can suggest improvements, not just execute

Expectations

10 hours per week

Weekly deliverables

Quick turnaround (24–72 hours depending on project)

Organized file management in Google Drive

Communication via Slack

Must be responsive during weekday business hours

Compensation

Contractor role
Hourly or retainer (based on experience)

Room for growth into:

Lead Designer

Brand Director

Full Social Strategist role
