Google Ads Specialist (PPC Focused) – Long-Term Role
We’re looking for a Google Ads specialist who enjoys building, optimizing, and improving PPC campaigns that drive real business results.
If you like working inside Google Ads, testing campaigns, improving conversion rates, and lowering cost per lead — this role is for you.
This position is primarily focused on Google PPC. SEO experience is a plus, but paid traffic expertise is the priority.

Your Main Responsibility
Your primary focus will be managing and improving Google Ads campaigns.
You will:
Build and launch Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Optimize campaigns to lower CPA and improve ROAS
Improve click-through rates and conversion rates
Conduct keyword research based on buyer intent
Manage match types and negative keywords properly
Set up and monitor conversion tracking (GTM / GA4 preferred)
Test ad copy, headlines, and landing pages
Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments
Provide simple weekly performance summaries
You will play a key role in helping us scale profitably.
Required Experience (Google Ads is Critical)
2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns
Experience managing small to mid-sized budgets
Strong understanding of:
Search campaign structure
Keyword match types
Negative keyword strategy
Conversion tracking setup
Quality Score improvement
A/B testing ad copy
Bid strategy optimization
You should be comfortable making optimization decisions based on data.
SEO (Secondary)
Basic on-page SEO knowledge is helpful, but this role is primarily PPC-focused.
