JOB OVERVIEW

Earn $100 Per Signup | High-Volume Outreach | 100% Remote

We are seeking a high-energy Cold Caller to join our growth team. This is a targeted outreach role where you will be the "first impression" for business owners in our industry. We provide the software, the community, and the training—you provide the hustle.

The Schedule:
Success in cold calling requires hitting the phones when business owners are at their desks. We focus our energy on these high-conversion windows:

Days: Monday – Friday
Calling Hours: 9:00 AM EST – 3:30 PM EST

The Mission:
You will log into our professional dialer and work through a highly specific industry list. Your goal is to break the ice and schedule a phone meeting for a demo of our $297/month marketing suite.

High Payout: $100 flat commission for every first-month signup (a 33% commission rate).

The "Co-Pilot" System: Our Sales Manager will lead the first few meetings you book, helping you close the deals while you learn the ropes.

Targeted Lists: No "random" residential calls. You are calling businesses that actually need our specific marketing tools and classes.

Reliability: You are ready to dial during the 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM EST window.
Clarity: You have a professional home office setup and a clear, confident speaking voice.
