JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor with AI skills (Project-Based Pay)
Rate: $40 per short-form video batch | $70 per long-form video batch
(Estimated earnings: $10+ per hour for efficient editors)

We are looking for a forward-thinking Video Editor who specializes in leveraging AI tools to create high-performing marketing content. This role is focused on merging traditional editing skills with cutting-edge AI technology to produce short-form ads (TikTok, FB, IG) and VSLs.

Key Responsibilities:
-AI Spokesperson Generation: Create and animate realistic AI avatars/spokespeople for brand messaging
-AI B-Roll Production: Utilize AI generation tools to source or create high-quality, niche-specific B-roll footage.
-Voiceover Management: Generate and edit high-quality AI voiceovers that sound natural and persuasive.
-Ad Creative Production: Edit engaging short-form ads and VSLs using strong hooks and platform-specific pacing.
-Research & Content Selection: Identify the best AI-generated or sourced assets to fit the campaign niche.

Candidate Requirements:
-AI Tool Mastery: Proven experience using AI video tools (such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, VEO 3, Sora 2 Pro, or similar) for production.
-Technical Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or professional editing suites.
-Creative Marketing Sense: Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, and how to make AI-generated content look authentic and engaging.
-Efficiency: Ability to apply feedback quickly and utilize AI to speed up delivery without sacrificing quality.
-Reliability: Consistent output and the ability to work independently on a regular schedule.
