We are a corporate housing/Airbnb Management company that has over 80 properties + across UK and looking to grow to 150 properties within the next 6 months.
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to support our growing short-term rental and accommodation services division who is happy to work on a base salary + Commission
The primary purpose of this role is to conduct consistent outbound outreach to leads within our pipeline, qualify prospects, and convert cold leads into warm, sales-ready opportunities.
The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in spoken English, confident on the phone, and possess a strong understanding of short-term rental, serviced accommodation, and temporary housing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to cold and existing pipeline leads
Qualify prospects based on accommodation needs, timelines, budgets, and decision-making authority
Convert cold leads into warm, qualified appointments for the sales team
Book meetings between prospective clients and Business Development Managers
Follow up consistently with unresponsive or long-term leads
Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status daily
Identify client requirements relating to short-term rental, decant accommodation, emergency housing, or corporate stays
Handle objections professionally and build rapport quickly
Meet and exceed individual KPIs and conversion targets
Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach messaging and conversion strategies
Provide feedback on lead quality and pipeline performance

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales, or outbound lead generation
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner
Strong understanding of short-term rental, serviced accommodation, or housing sectors
Ability to quickly understand client accommodation requirements
Experience using CRM systems
Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable handling rejection
Strong time management and organisational skills
Desirable
Experience working with housing associations, councils, insurance providers, or corporate relocation clients
Knowledge of temporary accommodation procurement processes
Experience in B2B outreach
Background in property, lettings, or hospitality
