Multi-Brand Portfolio – Manufacturing, Cannabis & Retail
About Us
We are a vertically integrated company operating:
• Manufacturing (BHO products & cartridges)
• 5 product brands
• 1 cannabis brand
• 3 retail store locations
We are entering a professionalization phase and are looking for a high-level operator to bring structure, consistency, and strategic elevation across our entire brand and digital ecosystem.
This is not a virtual assistant role.
This is a leadership role.
You will report directly to the CEO.

Role Overview
You will own all brand and digital presentation across our portfolio.
Your first priority is to standardize and organize.
Your second priority is to strategically elevate.
You will not be expected to do all production work yourself. You will manage freelancers and contractors where appropriate (designers, developers, content creators, etc.).
We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, not tasks.

Phase 1: Control & Standardize
• Audit all brands (5 manufacturing brands + cannabis brand + retail brand)
• Standardize SKU naming conventions
• Clean up and optimize menu structure (Leafly, Dutchie, etc.)
• Organize digital assets and packaging files
• Align brand presentation across websites, social, retail, and packaging
• Create documentation and internal brand guidelines
• Standardize product descriptions and retail presentation formats

Phase 2: Elevate
• Improve packaging sophistication and direction
• Oversee website rebuild(s) and UX improvements
• Strengthen differentiation between product brands
• Implement structured social media systems
• Develop product launch playbooks
• Improve overall digital and retail presentation quality

What This Role Is NOT
• Not a virtual assistant
• Not just a social media manager
• Not just a graphic designer
• Not a task-taker
We are looking for a strategic operator who can build systems, manage complexity, and lead execution.

Required Experience
• Experience managing multiple brands at once
• Strong systems and process thinking
• Experience overseeing designers and developers
• Experience improving website structure and UX
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Comfortable managing freelancers and enforcing deadlines
• Highly organized and deadline-driven
• Retail or regulated industry experience is a plus

Compensation
• Full-time
• $2,000/month (based on experience)

The paid assessment (approximately 5–7 hours of work) will involve reviewing part of our brand and digital ecosystem and presenting:
• Key weaknesses and opportunities
• Quick wins
• A structured 90-day improvement roadmap
• Recommended systems to install
This is a paid assignment. We respect your time and will compensate selected candidates for this step.
We are evaluating strategic thinking, organization, and leadership ability — not looking for free labor.
