We’re hiring a hands-on Technical Project Manager to oversee the development of our mobile application and web application. You will manage 2 developers based in Myanmar, translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, keep delivery on schedule, and ensure the product meets performance standards (including latency improvements).
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of the mobile app and supporting web application (planning ? build ? testing ? launch).
Manage and coordinate 2 Myanmar-based developers: task assignment, timelines, follow-ups, and quality checks.
Turn app requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tickets.
Validate deliverables against requirements and actively close gaps before release.
Drive performance improvements (reduce loading
Run weekly sprint planning, daily check-ins (as needed), and progress reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure proper QA process: test cases, bug tracking, regression testing, and release readiness.
Maintain documentation: requirements, change logs, technical notes, and release notes.
Coordinate handover, deployment support, and post-launch monitoring.
Requirements (Must-have)
2–5+ years experience in technical project management / product delivery for mobile apps and web apps.
Able to understand code and architecture well enough to review developer work, challenge estimates, and spot risks.
Experience managing remote developers (cross-country, async communication).
Strong knowledge of web development (e.g., APIs, databases, hosting, performance basics).
Comfortable with tools like Jira/Trello/ClickUp, GitHub/GitLab, and documentation workflows.
Strong English communication; able to keep everyone aligned and accountable.
Good to have
Experience improving app performance: caching, API optimization, DB query optimization, CDN usage, image optimization.
Familiarity with mobile frameworks (Flutter / React Native / native iOS/Android) and modern web stacks.
Experience working with Myanmar/SEA teams and managing time zone + culture differences.
Basic UI/UX sense to flag obvious user experience issues.
