Branded Dropshipping Store Builder & Manager
I’m looking for an initiative-taking, experienced ecommerce VA to help me build and test multiple branded dropshipping stores in 2026. I’ve done this before and now want to launch several new brands to test different products and angles.
This is NOT a beginner position. Please only apply if you already have experience with profitable Shopify / branded dropshipping stores.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Researching and validating products by solving pain points, not just chasing trends (problem-solving products, strong use cases, clear “why this works”).
* Doing community and competitor research (Reddit, TikTok, Meta Ad Library, Amazon reviews, etc.) to find real customer pains and objections, then turning them into hooks, angles, and offers.
* Building branded Shopify stores that do NOT look like generic dropshipping:
* Clean, conversion-focused design
* On-brand colors, fonts, and images
* Trust elements (UGC, reviews, guarantees, FAQs, tracking, policies); contact reliable UGCs and have them create amazing content
* Creating high-converting product pages:
* Story-driven copy that focuses on the problem, solution, and desired outcome
* Clear benefits, before/after, FAQ, and objection handling
* Bundles, AOV boosters, and simple upsells.
* Helping structure/testing Meta
* Creative angles based on pain points and communities
* Simple testing frameworks (multiple creatives, audiences, hooks)
* Basic understanding of post-iOS/2026 Meta environment: creative-heavy, strong hooks, UGC style, focusing on CTR, CPM, CPA, and MER/ROAS.
* Coordinating with fulfillment and using dropshipping tools so operations run smoothly (fast processing, tracking, communication with suppliers).
* Helping document results and creating simple reports on product tests, winners/losers, and what to improve next.
Experience Required
You do NOT need to know “everything,” but you MUST have real, hands-on experience in these areas:
* Past work on at least 1–2 Shopify ecommerce / dropshipping stores that:
* Looked like real brands (not AliExpress clone themes)
* Hit healthy profit margins (not just revenue screenshots).
* Strong understanding of the new dropshipping model for 2025–2026:
* Focusing on communities and problem/solution offers instead of random trending products
* Building a brand/moat (better offers, better experience, repeat customers).
* Familiarity with tools similar to what Andy Stauring recommends, such as:
* Shopify
* AI store builders (e.g., BuildYourStore, Clone.store, or equivalents)
* Product research tools (e.g., Minea or similar)
* Fulfillment apps (e.g., AutoDS, TeemDrop or equivalents)
* Meta Ad Library and basic use of AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for research and angles.
* Experience supporting Meta ad accounts for ecommerce (even if you weren’t the media buyer):
* Setting up or editing creatives, copy, and product pages to improve performance
* Understanding what winning creatives and offers usually look like in 2026.
If you’ve followed Andy Stauring, Jared Robinson, or similar creators and implemented their strategies, mention this.
Soft Skills & Work Style
* High attention to detail – you care about branding, spacing, copy, and user experience.
* Proactive – you bring ideas, not just wait for instructions.
* Comfortable testing, failing fast, and iterating.
* Good written English (clear, simple, persuasive).
* Loyal and long-term minded. I’m looking for someone to grow with the brand(s), not just do one-off tasks.
Tools / Tech Stack (You Should Know Most of These)
* Shopify
* Meta Ads Manager (at least basic navigation)
* Meta Ad Library for creative research
* AI store/page builders (e.g., BuildYourStore, Clone.store, Atlas, or similar)
* Product research tools (Minea or similar)
* Fulfillment / automation tools (AutoDS, TeemDrop, or equivalents)
* Google Docs/Sheets, basic reporting.
You don’t need the exact same tools, but you must be comfortable learning equivalents fast.
Pay, Hours, and Growth
* Initial salary: competitive fixed monthly pay (to be discussed), starting as a trial to test skill, reliability, and culture fit.
* Workload: initially part-time, with the goal of moving to full-time as we see profitable results.
* Big upside: after you hit clear performance benchmarks (e.g., helping launch and scale profitable stores), there is potential for a 5–10% profit share of the store(s).
* Example: If a store makes 100,000 USD/month in profit, you could earn 5,000–10,000 USD/month on top of or including your base, depending on our agreement.
I’m serious about rewarding someone who helps build real, long-term brands.
