Our mission is to build innovative digital marketing campaigns using the latest AI technology to help clients strengthen and scale their brand.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta
Manage daily campaign performance, budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.)
Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and build lookalike strategies
Test and iterate ad creatives, messaging, and formats with creative teams or provided assets
Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders
Monitor platform updates, trends, and best practices to enhance performance
Ensure accurate tracking, conversion setup, and pixel implementation
Manage multiple accounts or campaigns while meeting deadlines and performance targets
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar)
Proven success optimizing campaigns for performance and ROI
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Ads Manager dashboards, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
Efficient in managing budgets and making data-driven decisions
Excellent time management and organizational skills in a remote setup
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating asynchronously with remote teams
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
Ability to report KPIs and success metrics to management
