Archie’s Garden Beds is a Houston-based landscaping company focused on native planting, ecological restoration, and regenerative landscape solutions. We don’t just install plants — we restore balance, improve soil health, and design outdoor environments that last. We are growing and looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to find and qualify high-quality prospects.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility is to OWN identify, qualify, and generate sales leads for residential and commercial landscape projects in Houston, Texas.

This is NOT a customer service role.
This is a performance-based sales support position.

If you are hungry, organized, and results-driven — this role can grow into something bigger.
WE NEED SOMEONE TO DRIVE UP OUR SALES UP!

Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified homeowners & property managers in Houston
Use LinkedIn, Google, social platforms, and databases to find leads

Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone (if confident)
Set appointments for the Operations Manager
Maintain CRM and update lead tracking sheets
Submit daily activity reports

Ideal Candidate
- Game Changer, Proven experience in lead generation or B2C/B2B sales w/ his/her own recommended tools
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Familiar with CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Results-oriented (we reward performance)

Bonus if you have:
- Experience in construction, home improvement, or landscaping industry
- Experience targeting U.S. markets

Compensation
- Competitive hourly base (based on experience) ($7/Hr)
- High commission per booked and closed project by % of net

Long-term opportunity for top performers
This role is 3–4 hours per day, flexible schedule, but must overlap partially with U.S. CST hours.
