About the Role
Reporting directly to the Founder, this part-time (2 days/week), hybrid role owns the brand and marketing function end-to-end.
You are accountable for:
Clear brand positioning and messaging
Consistency across every customer touchpoint
Marketing execution that drives measurable commercial outcomes
This is a senior, hands-on role. You’ll think strategically, then get it done — working closely with founders and managing external partners to ensure marketing efforts translate into growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Brand Leadership & Accountability
Own and protect brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity
Act as the brand gatekeeper for all brand-facing assets
Translate founder vision into clear brand strategy and execution guidelines
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Build and deliver a rolling 90-day marketing plan aligned to revenue priorities
Own campaigns across website & eCommerce, social (organic & paid oversight),
Brief, manage, and hold agencies and partners accountable to commercial outcomes — not just outputs
Content & Creative Direction
Set the content strategy and publishing cadence
Approve all copy, imagery, and video to ensure premium quality
Balance brand storytelling, education, and conversion
Performance & Optimisation
Define and track KPIs across brand, marketing, and revenue contribution
Review performance weekly and monthly; adjust based on data
Provide clear summaries to founders: what worked, what didn’t, and what changes next
Partnerships, PR & Growth
Identify and activate strategic partnerships with commercial intent
Oversee influencer and ambassador initiatives tied to revenue
Support PR and earned media with defined objectives

Sharpened brand positioning and messaging across all channels
A consistent, premium brand experience at every customer touchpoint
A marketing system that reliably contributes to pipeline and revenue
