Overview:
We’re looking for a meticulous, English-proficient reporting specialist to handle client data, tag leads from call recordings, and manage monthly client reporting. You’ll ensure accurate data across multiple platforms and ensure our clients’ analytics are always on point.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Tagging & Lead Classification:
Listen to client calls (in English) from platforms like CallRail.
Determine the lead type: program, online, etc.
Tag each call for service requested, quote requested, or quality of lead.
Note why a lead is not good, if applicable.
Client Data Management:
Regularly review each client’s accounts for data consistency.
Monthly updates to spreadsheets summarizing leads from platforms (LSA, Google Business Profile, website, etc.).
Agency Analytics & Reporting:
Manage agency analytics tools ensuring all client data is integrated (Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ensure every client’s dashboards are set up properly and updated monthly.
Onboard new clients by ensuring their reporting dashboards are connected and functioning smoothly.
Attention to Detail:
Understand nuances in calls to categorize them accurately.
Ensure all data is correct, timely, and precise.
Qualifications:
Exceptional spoken English comprehension.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately classify information.
Familiarity with call tagging or lead management is a plus.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards is highly desirable.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
