Assistantly Inc. is a Texas-based staffing agency that connects high-performing remote professionals with growing Medicare insurance agencies across the United States.
We are currently hiring a dedicated Medicare Operations Administrator to support licensed Medicare agencies with backend operations, contracting, payroll coordination, and internal organization.
This is not a sales or appointment-setting role. This is a structured, operations-focused position that ensures the agency runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your main goal will be to create operational stability and organization within a Medicare-focused agency.
Responsibilities
Manage agent contracting and onboarding processes
Track and maintain contracting status with carriers
Coordinate payroll tracking and reporting
Maintain organized documentation and internal systems
Assist with commission tracking and basic reporting
Support client retention processes and follow-up systems
Maintain CRM accuracy and internal data organization
Coordinate internal communication between tea
Manage administrative workflows and operational tasks
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
This is a detail-heavy, operations-driven role that directly supports business stability and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Very strong written and spoken English
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong administrative and documentation skills
Experience with contracting or payroll processes (preferred)
Comfortable working inside CRM systems
Strong internal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
Self-starter who takes initiative
Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
Full-time availability (no side jobs)
Long-term commitment
Experience supporting insurance agencies, Medicare businesses, or financial services companies is strongly preferred.
