JOB OVERVIEW

looking for an experienced Inventory Forecasting & Supply Planning Specialist to manage demand planning and inventory replenishment.

This role is responsible for accurately forecasting product demand, determining optimal order quantities, and timing inventory purchases to prevent stockouts or overstock—especially across seasonal demand cycles, bundles, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Forecast demand using historical sales data, seasonality, and growth trends

Determine optimal reorder quantities and reorder points for each SKU

Plan inventory ordering based on time of year, sales velocity, and bundles

Account for promotions, launches, and bundle performance in forecasts

Monitor inventory levels and proactively recommend reorder timing

Collaborate with our operations and marketing teams to align inventory with campaigns

Build or maintain forecasting models (Excel, Sheets, or forecasting software)
