We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and follow up with real estate leads, send property listings to clients, and maintain our CRM system.
This role is extremely important because you will be responsible for making sure potential clients feel supported, receive the correct property options, and stay engaged with our company.
You will be working directly with a high-performing real estate agent based in Calgary, Canada, with strong systems already in place.
We are looking for someone who shows initiative, pays attention to details, and genuinely cares about doing a great job.
Main Responsibilities
• Following up with new and existing leads via text,
• Sending property listings to clients based on their needs and preferences
• Ensuring clients are receiving the correct types of homes that match their criteria
• Updating and managing the CRM system daily
• Tracking conversations and lead progress
• Sending monthly market update
• Organizing lead information and notes clearly
• Notifying the agent when clients are ready to speak or take action
• Maintaining consistent communication and follow-through
Requirements
• Excellent English communication (written is most important)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized personality
• Ability to follow instructions and systems
• Reliable internet connection
• Comfortable working full-time (40 hours/week)
• Ability to learn new software and CRM tools quickly
• Positive attitude and willingness to improve
Real estate experience is a bonus but not required — we will train the right person.
