JOB OVERVIEW

Cold Caller / Appointment Setter - US Business Hours (Night Shift PH)
Company: SigBridge (US-based, Connecticut)
Product: SNSYS - AI-powered business operations solution
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM EST (9PM-6AM Manila)
Payment: Weekly via Wise

What We Do
SNSYS gives small businesses AI that sees, hears, and acts. We replace receptionists, marketers, security guards, and manual operations all for one monthly fee. We're growing fast and need dialers to book meetings with business owners.

The Job
This is not a sales job. This is a dialing job.

You will:
Log into our platform
See your call list
Click dial
Read the script on screen
Repeat ---------- times per day

You will not need to:
Improvise
Go off script
Think about strategy
Do lead research
Close deals

We need your voice and your discipline. Our platform does the heavy lifting.

Requirements

Must have:
Clear, confident English (American clients)
Quiet workspace (no background noise)
Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
Backup internet (pocket WiFi or secondary connection)
USB headset with noise cancellation
Computer with Chrome browser
Ability to work US business hours (night shift PH)

Nice to have:
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience
Real estate, B2B, or SaaS calling background

Compensation
Base: $5-8/hour USD
Bonus: $5 per qualified meeting booked
Payment: Weekly
Schedule: Consistent hours, no weekend work
