Job Summary :

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating qualified sales meetings
for sales representatives through outbound prospecting and database-driven research.
This role is focused on pipeline creation, not closing — requiring high-volume outreach, strong research
capability, and disciplined execution of multi-channel prospecting strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn, other
platforms etc.). The SDR will play a critical role in building top-of-funnel pipeline across First Insight’s
product suite — MaximEyes, Fast Pay Health, and EVAA — targeting U.S. eye care practices.

Job Description :

1) Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
*Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, other platforms etc.) to U.S.- based prospects
*Generate qualified meetings and demos for sales representatives
*Build and manage prospect lists using databases and research tools
*Execute structured outreach sequences and cadences
*Maintain daily activity benchmarks (calls, emails, meetings booked etc.)

2) Market Research & Targeting
*Identify high-value target accounts in U.S. healthcare (optometry & ophthalmology practices)
*Use platforms such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
*Understand clinic workflows, patient journey, and operational challenges
*Develop persona-based outreach for decision-makers (practice owners, administrators)

3) CRM & Pipeline Management
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
*Track outreach activity, responses, and meeting conversions
*Ensure high data accuracy and pipeline hygiene
*Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and scoring

4) Messaging & Outreach Optimization
*Develop personalized outreach messaging to improve response rates
*Continuously refine email templates, call scripts, and sequences
*A/B test messaging approaches to improve engagement
*Align messaging with product value propositions and market needs

5) Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
*Work closely with U.S.-based sales representatives to align on target accounts
*Support campaign execution and follow-ups from marketing initiatives
*Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and market insights
*Contribute to improving SDR playbooks and outreach processes

Job Requirements :

Experience:
*1–4 years of experience in SDR / BDR / inside sales (preferably B2B SaaS)
*Experience in outbound prospecting for U.S. markets preferred
*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and meeting-booking targets
*Exposure to healthcare, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus

Functional Skills:
*Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
*Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
*Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.)
*Experience using data tools (ZoomInfo, 6sense, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
*Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach

Performance Metrics:
*Daily/weekly call and email activity
*Meetings/demos booked for sales team
*SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) generation
*Conversion rates across outreach stages

Soft Skills:
*Excellent verbal and written English communication (U.S. accent preferred)
*Strong research and analytical thinking
*High energy, persistence, and resilience in outbound sales
*Process-oriented with attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
