We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Scribe who wants to grow in the healthcare field and gain real clinical documentation experience.

???? What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

As our Medical Scribe, you will:

Accurately scribe follow-up notes in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system including:

Subjective
Objective
Assessment
Treatment Plan
Record and document Personal Injury (PI) progress reports and final reports, including:
Initial exams
X-rays
Full SOAP documentation
Chart Personal Injury cases meticulously to ensure documentation holds up legally (attorney and court standards)
Complete all notes within 48 hours of patient visits to meet insurance submission requirements
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times
