About Us
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce company running multiple dropshipping brands across Poland and other European markets. We sell digital products targeted at men and women aged 35+.
New products and brands can launch at any time — so there’s always something new to work on and improve.

The Role
We’re looking for a full-time Video/image Editor who specializes in creating scroll-stopping, authentic UGC-style video ads for Meta.
You’ll work closely with our team — we provide scripts, creative concepts, and access to our content library. Your job is to turn these ideas into high-converting ads that feel real, natural, and engaging.

What You’ll Be Creating
AI UGC ads (30–60 seconds) – testimonial style, “someone recommending a product they genuinely love”

Mini VSLs (1–2 minutes)

Images

Iterations of winning creatives

Multiple hooks per concept (we typically test 3 hooks + 1 shared body per concept)
Your Responsibilities
Edit 2–3 high-quality ad concepts per day (quality over quantity — we prefer 4 strong ads over 6 average ones)

Source additional footage online when needed to match the script

Add captions/subtitles to all videos

Select fitting background music

Generate AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs

Create AI UGC avatars using HeyGen and Veo
Requirements
Experience editing UGC-style ads for e-commerce (even a few months is fine if your work is strong)

Proficiency with AI tools: HeyGen, Veo, ElevenLabs (required)

Strong understanding of what makes content feel authentic and scroll-stopping

Ability to source visuals and create cohesive ads where footage matches the script

Communicative to advanced English

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Nice to Have
Experience working with Polish-language ads (not required, but a plus)
