We’re Hiring: Real Estate Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant

Remote | Full-Time | US Hours Required

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing real estate business. This role combines marketing execution, lead generation, listing management, and administrative operations.

This is an execution-focused position ideal for someone who thrives on organization, consistency, and helping systems run efficiently behind the scenes.

Work Schedule:
Full-Time | Remote
Availability required during US business hours (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST/PST flexible depending on team needs), 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

???? Social Media & Content Scheduling
• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Organize content calendars and maintain consistent posting schedules
• Upload reels, short-form videos, and property marketing content
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy when needed
• Ensure branding consistency across platforms

???? Lead Generation & Cold Outreach
• Perform daily cold outreach via:
• Facebook Marketplace
• Instagra ---------- ssages
• Email outreach
• CR ---------- ssaging systems
• Respond to inbound inquiries using provided scripts
• Qualify leads and organize conversations for follow-up
• Maintain outreach tracking and reporting

• Update and maintain company website listings
• Upload new properties and remove leased listings
• Optimize listing descriptions and images
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, availability, and property details
• Maintain overall website organization and functionality

???? Leasing & Contract Administration
• Prepare lease documents and real estate paperwork
• Organize digital contracts and transaction files
• Send documents for signatures using digital signing platforms
• Maintain organized tenant and property records
• Assist with compliance documentation and file tracking

???? Listing & Operations Management
• Organize and maintain property listings across platforms
• Upload listings to marketing platforms and rental sites
• Track listing status (active, pending, leased)
• Coordinate internally to ensure listings remain accurate
• Maintain CRM organization and lead tracking

?? Administrative & Operations Support
• Assist with daily operational tasks as assigned
• Maintain organized digital folders and systems
• Coordinate communication between tea ---------- mbers
• Support workflow efficiency and process improvements

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience in administrative, marketing, or operations roles
• Real estate experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with leasing processes and contracts is a plus
• Experience scheduling social media content
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Experience with:
• Google Workspace
• CRM systems
• Canva (basic level)
• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• High attention to detail and ability to follow systems
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $650 – $1,000/month (based on experience)
